| The heater box is completely disassembled, cleaned and bead blasted. All parts are thoroughly inspected. All gaskets and clips are replaced. The blower motor is rebuilt and a remanufactured heater core is installed. The evaporator core is pressure tested and repaired as needed. Vacuum actuators are tested for proper operation and repaired or replaced at an additional cost If heater box housing needs repairs, additional cost will occur. Concours quality restoration of heater box is available at extra charge. This includes the plating on flappers, brackets, and all metal hardware. SMS Core policy applies to this item. Any cores sent that are damaged, unmatched or have excessive rust will result in additional cost to customer.
